–Orders under 3000€: Processing time is approximately 1 to 7 business days. –Orders between 3000€ and 10000€: Processing time is approximately 3 to 15 business days. –Orders over 10000€: Processing time is approximately 10 to 30 business days.
*Please note: Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and consolidate your order before shipment. Shipping time is not included.

5.Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and track the shipment’s progress until it reaches its destination.
NOTICE : We would like to inform our customers that for shipments weighing less than 1000 kg(by sea), we utilize local shipping companies, which means that a tracking number is not available. Instead, we provide the contact information of the shipping company so that you can coordinate directly with them to confirm the delivery time. We appreciate your understanding and trust.
We also give your number to the shipping company so that they can contact you to confirm the day your order arrives.
