    always striving to provide the best options for our customers. To ensure your convenience and meet your needs, we offer two shipping methods: air shipping and sea shipping, based to the destination and the weight of the shipment.
  2. Shipping Destinations:
    We currently offer shipping to all over the world.
  3. Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

4.Shipping Costs:

Please note that the weights of the products are estimated and may not reflect the exact weight of the products,Delivery is usually within 25 days.

[5kg- 200kg] by SEA : 4€ /1kg   :Shipping is only available to France,Germany, Italy, Spain,and Portugal

(200kg-500kg] by SEA: 3€/1kg :Shipping is only available to France,Germany, Italy, Spain,and Portugal

(500kg-1000kg)by SEA:2.5€/1kg :Shipping is only available to France,Germany, Italy, Spain,and Portugal

(1000kg- ∞] by SEA:2€/1kg :Shipping is available to All over the world(delivery in less than 20 days)

(1000kg- ∞] by SEA:1.5€/1kg :Shipping is available to All over the world(delivery in less than 35 days)

(1kg- 6kg) by AIR : 20€/1kg :Shipping is available to All over the world 

[6kg- 10kg) by AIR : 16€/1kg :Shipping is available to All over the world

(10kg- ∞) by AIR : 10€/1kg :Shipping is available to All over the world

  1. Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and track the shipment’s progress until it reaches its destination.

NOTICE : We would like to inform our customers that for shipments weighing less than 1000 kg(by sea), we utilize local shipping companies, which means that a tracking number is not available. Instead, we provide the contact information of the shipping company so that you can coordinate directly with them to confirm the delivery time. We appreciate your understanding and trust.

We also give your number to the shipping company so that they can contact you to confirm the day your order arrives.
